If you are a health professional, please complete the referral form and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

How do I pay for a nursing home visit?

We collaborate with various funding bodies, including health funds and workers' compensation insurers. Often, they will cover the cost of your services.

However, there may be instances where you need to pay us directly and then receive a rebate from your provider. If you are a self-funded client, we will invoice you directly, and you can pay by credit card or EFT.

Can I choose my own nurse?

Vista Home Support strives to match clients with nurses who meet their needs and preferences,

Are Vista Home Support nurses qualified?

All our nurses are Registered Nurses with current AHPRA registration. We ensure that each nurse holds a current National Police Check and possesses the skills and experience relevant to your care needs.
